Our client (SPV Company in Mauritius, Ultimate hold co in BVI) is a diversified global conglomerate with a presence across Education, Wellness, Energy, and Agriculture sectors having a large presence across Africa and UAE having a turnover and comprehensive income of $622 Million and $26 Million, resp. in 2017-18. The firm has raised its revenue by 18% compared to the previous year and has attained cost efficiency resulting in an increased net profit by 29% compared to the last year.

OTHER KEY POINTS:
* The Project Duration is 10 Years with 1 year in Project Implementation and Construction and 9 years in Project Operation and    Maintenance.
* Scope of work is constructing fully equipped 50 Farm Service Centers across Ghana.
* The aim of the Project is to improve the reach of the small scale farmers in Ghana by setting up centers covering the country.
