Job Brief:

We are looking for a self motivated Intern/ Working Student in Financial Advisory to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. The growing company offers a dynamic international environment and perspective.

Your tasks:

• Participation in budget planning, forecast, business development, strategy assessment
• Contribution of expertise in HGB and IFRS in the introduction of new products and development of partnerships
• First contact for technical topics / ad-hoc inquiries
• Implementation of automated processes in accounting using SAP and in-house IT
• Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc
• Construction and development of internal controlling
• Contact person for the auditing
• Project management (eg optimization of payment and invoicing process, introduction of a new purchasing process)
• Financial reporting internally / externally

Your profile:

• Completed business studies with a focus on finances desirable
• Insurance background or experience from auditing with relevant mandates
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
• Safe and routine handling of Excel and ERP systems preferably also SAP knowledge
• Good English and very good German
• IT affinity
• Strong analytical skills
