Your Tasks :
- Schedule meetings and prepare in advance for meetings
- Welcome our visitors and make sure, they have a plesant time with us
- Coordinate with our external contractors and take care of posts and deliveries.
- Poster version(scan, distribution, electronic and physical filing)
- Collection & consolidation of bills and expenses
- Creation of expense reports
- Support in HR tasks
- Support for projects(eg documentation, trade fairs, events
- Fluent in both German and English
- You love being of assistance and putting a smile on peoples face
- Good level of communication and team skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Very good computer skills(specially Microsoft Office)
- Great communication skills.
